Synopsis – Students from the audience were invited to the stage to share their birthdays and what they like doing on their birthday to understand and bring the idea of a special day in everyone’s life, like the Labor Day for labor.

Synopsis – Students displayed a powerpoint presentation about International Labor Day and how it came into existence to inform the audience about past struggles of labor and their strive for justice.

Synopsis- Students performed as various workers, including builder, domestic cleaner and factory labor. They shared their struggles, and their silent wishes; the ways people can help feel them respected and valued. Students from the audience also shared some ways we can help workers around us through small gestures and gifts of appreciation.
Presentation 7 – Song on Labor Day

Synopsis – Students presented and engaged the audience with a self-generated song- ‘We the Dreamers of This Earth’ through a lyrical video. The lyrics of the song displayed the struggles and ways workers strive for justice and equality, and help our world to keep developing.
Presentation 8 – Coordinator’s words
Synopsis- MAPS Cambridge Coordinator, Ms. Sweetu Bharadwaj, shared her valuable and positive feedback for the assembly, including the dais management and engaging activities with the audience, which kept the environment alive and interests piqued.
