XII A - "Speak with Kindness , Your Words Have Power’’
On April 23, 2024, class 12-A presented an Outstanding assembly on the theme, "Speak with Kindness , Your Words Have Power’’ guided by their dedicated teacher Ms Ruchika Goyle. The theme was introduced to set the tone for the session. The importance of cultivating a culture of kindness and empathy in our interactions was highlighted. The assembly emphasized how simple acts of kindness can have a profound impact on individuals' mental well-being and overall morale. Students were encouraged to practice empathy, active listening, and mindfulness in their daily interactions. Adding to the diversity of expressions during the assembly was a captivating mime presentation, which added a unique dimension to the event. The silent yet powerful art form of mime was utilized to convey profound messages about empathy, understanding, and the impact of our words and actions. A self composed poem was recited by Ansh. One of the poignant moments during the assembly was the soulful rendition of the classic Bollywood song "Kisi Ki Muskurahaton Pe Kisi Ka Naam" by Alissa and Radhika. Their melodious voices filled the venue, captivating the audience and infusing the atmosphere with a sense of serenity and reflection. The assembly concluded with a song on the importance of speaking with kindness and the recognition of each individual's responsibility in contributing to a positive and supportive environment by the whole class and a gratitude speech by Alissa and Varisha. Overall, the assembly proved to be an enlightening and enriching experience, serving as a reminder of the transformative power of kindness and the importance of mindful communication in creating a harmonious and inclusive environment.
