The workshop on teacher’s orientation, held on 26th March 2024, aimed to equip educators with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to navigate their roles effectively within the school community. Facilitated by experienced educators and administrators, the workshop focused on key aspects of orientation, including acclimation to school culture, understanding policies and procedures, familiarization with curriculum and instruction, and support for professional development. It serves as an essential platform for new teachers to familiarize themselves with the school's culture, policies, curriculum, and support systems. Principal ma’am (Alka Sahni) also motivated teachers to embrace the challenges that lie ahead as opportunities for growth. Therefore, orientation serves as a cornerstone of educational excellence, laying the foundation for educators' professional growth and student success.
