The workshop included presentations as well as hands-on training for the teachers in making teaching resources integrated with the syllabus that could be used in the classroom to complementorsubstitutethetraditionalchalk-and-talkmethod.Thesetechniqueswillkeepthe students involved in the lesson and develop the

critical thinking and analytical skills of the learners. Simple experiments related to the syllabus,whichmayevenbecarriedoutintheclassroomonamicroscaleusingeasilyavailable materials, was also demonstrated.
